This guide applies to stores on the Shopify Plus plan only. If you are on a lower plan, follow this guide instead.
Shopify Plus gives you the ability to customise the checkout experience directly — and that includes adding the Packeta | Zásilkovna pickup point selector right on the shipping step, before the customer even places their order. This means a smoother, more seamless experience where everything happens in one flow.
We also recommend adding the widget to the Order Status page alongside the checkout — this way customers can still change their selected pickup point after placing the order if needed.
How to add the widget before the customer places the order
One page checkout
Go to your Theme editor and click on the Checkout and new customer accounts section to open the Checkout page.
Click on Add app block in the left sidebar Delivery section and choose the Zasilkovna app block.
Multi-step checkout
Go to your Theme editor and click on the Checkout and new customer accounts section to open the Shipping page.
Click on Add app block in the left sidebar Delivery section and choose the Zasilkovna app block.

Translation settings
Now you can update the appblock's copy in English and Czech—even though the language is automatically set based on the customer's location, you can customize these two versions as needed.
Currently, we have translations available in Czech, German, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, Polish, Croatian, Slovak, and Hungarian. If you need translations in any additional languages, please contact our support team.
Pickup point settings
You can also allow customers to change their pickup point selection. Additionally, you have the flexibility to set a specific time window during which they can make changes, or disable the option entirely if preferred.
If they haven't done so at all, our app will send the customer an email reminder with a link to the order status page, where they can then select the pick-up point ex-post, enabling the order to be fulfilled. You can find more information here.
Allow app to block checkout
You might want to enable the option Allow app to block checkout:
When enabled, a customer cannot proceed until they choose the pick-up point.
If you choose not to enable this feature, a customer can proceed further, and you can allow them to select the pick-up point after they've placed the order (just follow a guide here).
After finishing the setup, simply click on the Save button, and you're all set!
