This guide explains how to let your customers select a Packeta | Zásilkovna pickup point right after completing their order — on the Thank You page and the Order Status page.
This is the standard setup that works for most Shopify stores.
If your store is on Shopify Plus, you can also add the pickup point selector directly to the checkout shipping step, so customers choose before placing the order. See the guide.
Add the pickup point selector on the Thank you page
Open the app.
Click on the Add to Thank you page button.
Click on the Zásilkovna app block on the left side of the page.
The app block will be inserted into the page.
Save the changes.
Done! 🎉 You've completed the first part of activation.
Add the pickup point selector on the Order Status page
Click on the Add to Order Status page button.
In the checkout editor, click on the Zásilkovna app block to add it to the page.
The app block will be inserted into the page.
Save the changes.
Done! 🎉 You have successfully activated the Zásilkovna widget using app blocks.
To verify, we recommend performing a test order to ensure the widget displays correctly.
Additional settings
Pickup point settings
You have the option to enable an additional feature, which allows your customers to change the pickup point that has already been selected.
If you enable this feature, choose the desired time frame for changing the Zásilkovna pickup point from the order creation. After the set period, it will no longer be possible to change the pickup point, and you can proceed with fulfilling the order.
Translation settings
You can also update the appblock's copy in English and Czech—even though the language is automatically set based on the customer's location, you can customize these two versions as needed.
Currently, we have translations available in Czech, German, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, Polish, Croatian, Slovak, and Hungarian. If you need translations in any additional languages, please contact our support team.
