How to cancel your Packeta | Zasilkovna subscription

Don't need the app anymore? Your subscription is managed by Shopify, so cancelling it means uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.


How to cancel

  1. In your Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.

  2. Find Packeta | Zasilkovna by Digismoothie in the list and click Uninstall.

  3. Confirm the uninstall in the Shopify dialog.

That's it — Shopify automatically cancels the recurring charge the moment the app is uninstalled.

Frequently asked

I uninstalled, but I was still charged — why?

Shopify bills app subscriptions on its own cycle (typically every 30 days, starting from the day you installed the app). If Shopify processes your store's invoice within a few hours of you uninstalling, you can still see the charge on that invoice. This is Shopify billing behavior, not a mistake on our side.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us on [email protected] with your store URL and the charge date — we'll look into it and work with you on a fair resolution.


Can I pause the subscription instead of cancelling?

There's no pause option at the moment. If you're planning a temporary break — a seasonal pause, store rebrand, or anything else — let us know in the chat before you uninstall and tell us what you need. We'd rather find a way to keep your setup intact than have you start from scratch later.


I changed my mind — how do I come back?

Reinstall Packeta | Zasilkovna by Digismoothie from the Shopify App Store and reconnect your Packeta API credentials. See How to set up Zasilkovna | Packeta for the exact steps.

Your previous settings (shipping method mapping, reminder email copy, etc.) should still be there — in most cases you just sign in and you're back up in a minute or two.
