How to customize the reminder email?

The reminder email is designed to reach customers who haven't selected their pickup point yet — these orders are tagged with zasilkovna-unselected. The email is sent 15 to 75 minutes after the customer completes the order.

The button in the email links to the Order Status Page — please make sure the app block is embedded on this page so customers can select their pickup point when they get there.

Here's what you can customize directly in the app:

  • Subject line, title, subheading, body text and button label, signature — fully editable for each language installed on your store

  • Reply-to email address — so customer replies land in your inbox; we suggest using your customer care address

  • Sender address — we recommend leaving this as is, since changing it may affect deliverability and increase the chance of the email being flagged as spam

To edit these, go to app settings → Email reminder → choose your language and update the texts as needed.
