Contact the customer to get their preferred pickup point. You can either send them a link to the order status page (with the app block embedded) so they can select it themselves, or collect the information and assign it manually in the order details before exporting again.
To prevent this error from occurring, we recommend making sure your app blocks are correctly embedded in your theme and your shipping methods are properly mapped in the app. It is also a good idea to set up a reminder email to nudge customers who did not select a pickup point before placing their order.
