In case you have customers who forget to select a pickup point once they have placed an order (on the Order Status Page), there are several ways that can help reduce the number of such orders.
Include Pickup Point Information in Shipping Method Name
Firstly, the information that the selection of a pickup point is done after the order has been completed can be included in the name of the relevant shipping method.
This way, the customer can read the information when choosing the shipping method itself.
The shipping method name can be created or edited in the Shopify Admin >> Settings >> Shipping and delivery.
An example of such a shipping method name is as follows:

Email Reminders for Unselected Pickup Points
Secondly, inside the app you can set up automatic email sending to customers who have not selected a pickup point.
The email reminder is sent 15 to 75 minutes after the customer completes the order and its wording can be customized in the app's settings:
