In case you have customers who forget to select a pickup point once they have placed an order (on the Order Status Page), there are several ways that can help reduce the number of such orders.
Firstly, the information that the selection of a pickup point is done after the order has been completed can be included in the name of the relevant shipping method. This way, the customer can read the information when choosing the shipping method itself. The shipping method name can be created or edited in the Shopify Admin >> Settings >> Shipping and delivery. An example of such a shipping method name is as follows:
Secondly, inside the app you can set up automatic email sending to customers who have not selected a pickup point. The email is sent up to 1 hour after the order has been confirmed and its wording can be customized in the app's settings.
