When you click on actions and choose the Add loyal tag option, the app will add a new Shopify tag to the customers in the specific segment.

The name of the tags are:

"loyal-app_new"

"loyal-app_about_to_sleep"

"loyal-app_sleepers"

"loyal-app_potential_loyal"

"loyal-app_loyal"

"loyal-app_loyal_at_risk"

When there was another tag from the past attached to the customer we replace it with the latest one. (e.g. customer was tagged "loyal-app_new" and now is "loyal-app_potential_loyal)
