If this option is Enabled, then products that have checked "Continue selling when out of stock" in Shopify admin will be sorted after the available products and before the out-of-stock products that have this option unchecked. This option is usually used for pre-orders or to allow backorders. You can decide if our app should treat these products as available or sold out.

You can find it on the Settings page; the default state is Disabled.
