Before uninstalling, there are a few things worth doing to leave your store in a clean state.
If you're using Hiding
When Nada hides a product, it unpublishes it from the Online Store channel and adds a nada-hidden tag to it. Uninstalling Nada does not automatically reverse this. Hidden products stay unpublished after you uninstall, and the tags remain.
To restore everything before uninstalling:
Go to Hide products in the Nada app and turn off auto-hiding. Wait for the toggle to become active again (this can take minutes to hours depending on your catalog size, Nada is republishing all hidden products in the background).
Once hiding is fully off and all products are republished, uninstall the app.
If you've already uninstalled and products are still hidden, you can fix this from Shopify admin: go to Products, filter by the nada-hidden tag, select all, and bulk-publish them to Online Store. You can also remove the tag in the same bulk edit.
If you're using Sorting
When you turn off auto-sort (or uninstall), your collections stay in whatever order Nada last set them, sold-out products may still be at the bottom, but they're all still visible. You can re-sort collections manually in Shopify admin, or simply leave them as-is.
What about URL redirects?
Any redirects you set up through Nada's Redirects feature (Settings → Redirects) are created directly in Shopify's URL redirect table. They remain after you uninstall and continue working. To remove them, go to Online Store → Navigation → URL redirects in your Shopify admin.
Canceling the subscription
Uninstalling the app from Shopify automatically cancels your Nada subscription. You won't be charged after the uninstall date.
