Send packet to Packeta failed / Packeta unavailable

If you encountered one of these errors, there is most likely a temporary issue on Packeta's side.

Please reach out to our support team and include the order ID — you can find it in the URL when you open the order detail — and we'll look into it for you.

Can't process order without address

If you encountered this error, the order you're trying to export is missing a delivery address. Open the order in Shopify, fill in the address, and try exporting again.
