Don't need the app anymore? Your subscription is managed by Shopify, so cancelling it means uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.
How to cancel
In your Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
Find Candy Rack by Digismoothie in the list and click the three dots (...) to open the dropdown menu.
Click Uninstall and confirm the uninstall in the Shopify dialog.
That's it. Shopify automatically cancels the recurring charge the moment the app is uninstalled.

Things to know
I tried to cancel, but I was still charged. Why?
This is one of the most common questions we get. Shopify bills app subscriptions on its own billing cycle (typically every 30 days from the date you installed the app). If a charge was already being processed at the same time you uninstalled, it may still appear on that invoice. This is Shopify's billing behavior, not an error on our end.
If you believe you were charged after uninstalling, email us at [email protected] with your store URL and the charge date, and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your last payment. If you're on a monthly plan, we'll refund that last charge. If you're on an annual plan, we can process a partial refund for the unused months remaining after your uninstall date.
To request a refund, contact us directly at [email protected] or via the in-app chat. Please make sure to uninstall the app first, as we'll use the uninstall date to calculate any partial refund.
What happens to my data and settings after I uninstall?
Your upsell offers and app settings are saved and will still be there if you decide to reinstall later. However, customer data processed by the app is automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours of uninstallation.
I changed my mind. How do I come back?
Simply reinstall Candy Rack from the Shopify App Store. Your previous offers and settings should still be there, and in most cases, you're back up and running within minutes.
