The filter bar at the top of the dashboard lets you change the period, limit results to a country, and compare against a baseline. All charts and tables on the page update automatically.
Available filters
Filter | Options | Effect |
Date range | Today, 7d, 30d, 90d, YTD, Custom | Changes the period for every metric and chart on the page. |
Country | All, or any single country code | Filters all orders, revenue, and costs to that shipping destination. |
Sales source | All, Online store, POS, Draft, Subscriptions | Filters by order channel. Useful if you have multiple channels and want to isolate one. |
Comparison | Previous period, Previous year, None | Adds the dashed comparison line to charts and the percentage delta on KPI tiles. |
Date range behaviour
All dates are interpreted in your shop timezone, which you set in Settings → Shop. The comparison period is calculated automatically based on the selected range:
Previous period — same length, immediately before the selected range. For example, if you select the last 30 days, the comparison is the 30 days before that.
Previous year — same range, 365 days earlier. Useful for businesses with strong seasonality.
Combining filters
Filters stack — combine date, country, and source to answer specific questions:
"How did the US perform in Q1 vs last year?" — Custom range Jan 1 to Mar 31, Country: US, Comparison: Previous year.
"Is my POS channel profitable at CM3?" — Source: POS, Date: Last 90 days.
"Show me subscription revenue only." — Source: Subscriptions, Date: Year to date.
Sharing filtered views
The URL updates as you change filters, so you can copy the address bar and share a specific view with a teammate. They will see the same date range, country, and source you selected.
Resetting filters
Click Reset at the right of the filter bar to return to the default view (last 30 days, all countries, all sources, comparison to previous period).
