Shipping Method Mapping Issue

If you're seeing this error:

Mapping between your shipping method name and Packeta carrier for XXXXX wasn't found. Please create one.

Check that the shipping method is correctly mapped to the right carrier in the app settings and export the orders again.

What if the shipping method was renamed or removed?

If you recently renamed or deleted a shipping method in Shopify, the app can no longer match the affected orders to the correct carrier — and the export will fail.

To resolve this:

  1. Create a new shipping method in Shopify and name it exactly as it appears in the export error message

  2. To prevent customers from seeing this method in checkout, add a condition to it — for example, set an unrealistically high minimum order value. This way the method exists in the system but is never shown to anyone

  3. Map it to the correct carrier in the app settings

  4. Export all affected orders

  5. Once all orders are successfully exported, you can safely delete the shipping method
