If you see the message "The client account is not approved for posting parcels", your Packeta account has not been approved yet and exports will be blocked until it is.

Wait a few business days for Packeta / Zásilkovna to process the approval, or contact Packeta support directly to request faster processing. Once approved, exporting orders and printing labels will work normally.
