Why are there no pickup points showing on the map?

If the map loads but no pickup points are visible, check the following.

Countries or carriers are not enabled in your Packeta account

Log into your Packeta account and verify that all the countries and third-party delivery partners you want to offer are enabled. After making changes, allow a few hours for them to take effect.

Order weight exceeds the Packeta limit

💡 Packeta | Zásilkovna only ships orders to pickup points under 15 kg. If an order exceeds this limit, no pickup points will be shown.

You have two options:

  • Switch to a different shipping method — change the customer to home delivery and notify them accordingly.

  • Split the order into multiple parcels — if the items can be shipped separately, each parcel can stay within the weight limit.

In either case, you'll need to contact the customer directly to let them know and, if splitting the order, ask them to confirm or provide their preferred pickup point for each parcel.

We recommend setting up visibility conditions in your checkout to automatically hide the Packeta method for orders over 15 kg — this prevents the issue from occurring in the first place.
