Widget is not displaying on Checkout / Thank You / Order Status Page

If the Zásilkovna / Packeta pickup point widget is not showing, there are a few common causes.

App blocks are not embedded in your theme

Open your Shopify theme editor, find the Zásilkovna | Packeta app blocks, embed them, and save your changes. See these tutorials for step-by-step instructions:

Shipping method has not been mapped in the app

If you have not set up the pairing yet, the widget will not know which shipping method to attach to. Go to the app settings and map your Zásilkovna shipping method.


Shipping method title was renamed

💡 The app maps the widget to a shipping method by its exact title.

If you recently renamed a shipping method, the pairing broke. Go to the app settings and remap the shipping method.


Automatic translations are overriding the method title

💡 The app maps the widget to a shipping method by its exact title.

Apps like Translate & Adapt may automatically translate your shipping method titles, which breaks the mapping. Check if any translations exist for your shipping method names and remove them.
