Short answer: Customisations to the checkout page — including app blocks from any app — are available only on the Shopify Plus plan. This is a Shopify-wide restriction, not something specific to our app. On Basic, Grow, and Advanced plans, you won't see the app block option on the shipping or payment steps in any theme.
What you can do instead
On non-Plus plans, customers select their pickup point right after payment — on the Thank You page that appears as soon as the order is placed, and on the Order Status page linked from the order confirmation email.
This works better than most merchants expect: stores using this setup consistently see pickup point selection rates above 90%. For the full reasoning, see Is selecting a pickup point on the Thank You page really a problem?
Setting it up takes about 2 minutes: Add the app block to the Thank You and Order Status pages.
Tip: set customer expectations in the shipping method itself
A small change to your shipping method name or description goes a long way. In your Shopify Admin under Settings → Shipping and delivery, rename the Packeta shipping option to something like:
"Packeta pickup points — selection in the next step"
"Packeta pickup points (choose your location after payment)"
Or add that note in the shipping method description. Customers who see this upfront are much less likely to be confused or abandon the order when the pickup map doesn't appear during checkout.
Combined with the reminder email (below), this is what drives the 90%+ selection rate.
If a customer forgets to select a pickup point
The app handles this automatically:
An email reminder is sent 15–75 minutes after checkout with a direct link back to the Order Status page. You can customise the reminder.
If they still don't pick one, you can select a pickup point for them manually from the order detail, or contact them directly.
