Previously, it was only possible to export an order to Packeta once, as a whole. Now you can split an order into multiple fulfillments and export each one separately. This is useful, for example, when sending multiple parcels, when changes are made to the order, or when exchanging goods.

How to export orders repeatedly:

  1. In the order detail, click Export to Zásilkovna (Packeta).

  2. During a repeated export, choose one of the options:

    1. Export and keep original shipment(s) – items that have already been exported will be exported again as part of this export, and the original shipment(s) will remain.

    2. Export and cancel original shipment(s) – the original shipment(s) will be canceled and the items will be exported again as part of this export.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. The repeated export to Zásilkovna is complete.

How to export orders in parts:

  1. In the order detail, click the three-dot icon for more actions and choose Split fulfillment.

  2. Select the items you want to send later and confirm with Split fulfillment.

  3. This splits the order into separate fulfillments.

  4. For the fulfillment you want to export later, click Hold fulfillment. The app will ignore this fulfillment during export.

  5. You can now export the first fulfillment in the order detail using Export to Zásilkovna (Packeta).

  6. Only fulfillments that require shipping and are not on hold will be exported.

  7. After the export, the app will show you which items were exported (only applicable to API export).

  8. When you are ready to export the second fulfillment, click Release hold.

  9. Run the export again using Export to Zásilkovna (Packeta).

  10. The app will ask what to do with the previously exported fulfillment:

    1. Do not export – items that have already been exported will be ignored during this export.

    2. Export and keep original shipment(s) – the items will be exported again, and the original shipment(s) will remain.

    3. Export and cancel original shipment(s) – the original shipment(s) will be canceled and the items will be exported again as part of this export.

  11. Confirm your selection by clicking Continue.

💡 Cash on Delivery (COD) is always added to the first exported fulfillment.
