If you offer manual payment methods such as Bank Deposit in your store, you can simplify the payment process by displaying a QR code on the Thank You and Order Status pages.
This allows your customers to pay immediately, for example, by scanning the code with their mobile phone.

Currently, only orders with the payment status “Payment pending” are supported. Other statuses, such as “Partially paid,” are not supported.

How to set up a payment QR code

Open the Payster app and go to the 'QR code payments' section. Add the app blocks to both the Thank You and Order Status pages. The Thank You page appears immediately after the order is placed, while the Order Status page can be displayed by your customer, for example, from the order confirmation email:

  1. Open the Payster app and go to the QR code payments section.

  2. Add the app blocks to both the Thank You and Order Status pages.

  • The Thank You page appears immediately after the order is placed.

  • The Order Status page can be accessed later by the customer (for example, from the order confirmation email).

3. Click to add the app block, then save your changes.

4. Add your own custom text or keep the default text, and click Save again.

5. Enter your bank account details in IBAN format for each currency (CZK and EUR need to be added separately).

6. Finally, specify the payment method name for which you’d like to display the QR code (usually Bank Deposit).

Make sure the checkbox next to your selected payment method is checked.

Voilà! You've now made payments easier for your customers! 🎉
