You can control how many free gifts are added when an offer qualifies. In each gift’s setup, open the Quantity section and choose one of these rules:
1. The gift is always a single product (default)
Adds a single unit once the condition is met, even if it’s met multiple times in the cart.
2. Gift quantity matches the purchased product quantity:
Gift quantity equals the quantity of the qualifying product. Works with “Buy product X” and “Buy Product from collection X.”
Example: buy 3 of product X → add 3 gifts.
3. Custom quantity:
Add a fixed number of units when the conditions are met.
Example: spend $100 → add 3 of product B.
Important notes
Changing the gift quantity adds multiple units of the same gift product. This means that setting the quantity to “2” will add two identical items. If you want to offer two different gifts for one threshold, you must create separate offers.
Gifts don’t stack by spend threshold. If the threshold is $100, a $200 order still receives only one qualifying gift (not multiples).
