Gift Box lets you limit gift offers to specific customers using advanced options. You can:
Grant access via a unique link.
Target customers from specific countries.
Access gift via specific link
What it does: Only customers who visit your store using a link with a unique URL parameter can see the gift offer. Customers without the link won’t see it.
How to set it up:
Create and customize a new gift offer.
Open the Additional Conditions section.
Check Access gift via specific link.
Enter your parameter in the Link customization field.
Save the offer, copy the Link for your customer, and send it to the desired customers.
Practical ways to use the link:
Add a “Claim your gift” button in newsletters or segmented email flows (VIPs, birthdays, win‑back).
Share in SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
Post in private social channels (closed Facebook groups, Instagram Close Friends, Discord) or send via DMs to selected followers.
Place on a loyalty/VIP portal, customer account page, or a hidden landing page.
Include in post‑purchase or delivery‑confirmation emails to surprise recent buyers.
Provide individually via customer support as a goodwill gesture.
Use different parameters per channel (e.g., vip_july, ig_story) to track performance.
Target customers from specific countries
What it does: Shows the gift offer only to customers located in selected countries.
How to set it up:
Create and customize a new gift offer.
Open the Additional Conditions section.
Select Targeting specific countries and add as many countries as you wish.
Save. Only customers in those countries will see the offer.
