The Analytics section is designed to give you detailed information about the Last Upsell - Post-Purchase performance in your store. It will definitely help you to understand the performance of your offers and you can view them through time.

To view them, you just need to go to your application dashboard and from there you can click on the Analytics tab:

The first section you will see is the Performance Overview. This is the summary of each one of the application’s indicators:

Views displays the amount of unique views of each upsell offer. It means that as many products are displayed in the pop-up for the customer, that many views will be taken into account. If there are five upsell offers in the pop-up, that will count as five views.

Upsells Added is the total count of upsold line items that were added to the order.

Upsells Sold is the total count of upsold line items that were paid.

Sales displays the total sum of prices of upsold line items that were successfully paid.

Take Rate is the percentual take rate of your offers (Upsells sold (paid) divided by Upsells viewed).

At the top right side, you will also find two additional options:

The export button: it will download an upsells overview or a detailed report (you can choose depending on what you need) with the product information that has been bought, the dates, and some additional information about the transactions.

Date filter: it will allow you to apply some date filters to your search. You can choose the range from where you want to see the information filtering by Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Last 365 days.

The next section contains a graphic that shows (according to the date filter selected) the days and the values of each one of the indicators (views, upsells added, upsells sold, sales & take rate). Every time you click on each one of the options, the data in the graphic will automatically be updated.

The last section, Upsells Overview, will bring detailed offer information so you can analyze each one and see how their performance is going. This section is designed for you to make decisions based on the results and to see how Last Upsell is helping you to grow your business.

We hope it is useful for you. If you have any questions just drop us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
