By default, Candy Rack app blocks show all relevant upsell offers for a product. However, you can manually select which specific offers should appear in a particular app block using Offer IDs.
This feature is available for the Embedded block placements on the product page.
How to link offers:
Find the Offer ID: Open the configuration page of the specific offer you want to display. Look at the page URL in your browser; the numerical string at the end is your Offer ID.
Paste the ID: Go to your Shopify Theme Editor, select the Candy Rack app block, and paste the ID into the Offer ID field.
Multiple offers: To display more than one specific offer, enter multiple IDs separated by a comma (e.g.,
12345, 67890).Sequence: The offers will appear in the block in the exact order you enter the IDs.
Good to know:
Leave it blank: If the Offer ID field is empty, the app will continue to show all relevant upsell offers for that product automatically.
Error handling: If you enter multiple IDs and one is incorrect or misspelled, the app is smart enough to still display the offers that were entered correctly.
